Pick off the wall
Two full walls of polish, dip and gel, racked left to right in color order — reds through pinks, purples, blues, greens, neutrals. You point, we mix.
Sit down properly
Massage pedicure chairs, warm light and no rush. Most visits run 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on what you're having done.
Leave with work that holds
Dip, builder gel, acrylic and gel full sets are all done in-house. “No chip lasts a full 3.5 weeks if you wear gloves and respect the polish,” one regular wrote.

Yes — appointment and walk-in customers are both welcome, and the window says so on the glass. If you'd rather book ahead, call (847) 410-7730; next-day slots are usually no trouble.
What are your hours? Are you open on Monday?
We're closed Mondays. Open Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
How much is a manicure at Diamond Nails?

Do you do dip powder?
Dip is what we're best known for — more customers mention it than any other service we offer. The dip wall is stocked deep, so “lots of dip colors” is one of the things people say most often.
How long does the no-chip manicure last?
A lot of people feel wary of no-chip because a set once lifted on them in a week. Linda Larkin put her experience plainly: “no chip lasts a full 3.5 weeks if you wear gloves and respect the polish.” Builder gel, gel full sets and acrylic full sets are all done in-house too.
Where do I park?
Behind the building — there's a lot in the rear. Street parking on Church works too, but the rear lot is easier.
Is it a good place to bring kids, or someone with limited mobility?
Yes to both, and you do not have to explain yourself at the door. Children are welcome and the entrance is step-free, so a wheelchair or a walker comes straight in. One customer wrote that we “provided above and beyond service for my family with limited mobility.” Everybody is welcome here.
How long should I set aside?
Most visits run 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the service. A polish change is quick; a full set with art work is not. If you're on a schedule, say so when you call and we'll tell you straight whether it fits.
